MY COACHING STORY
Growing up as an outgoing and gregarious person, who always valued and enjoyed connecting and bonding with people, I had passion for supporting others especially when they were stuck, frustrated, drained or overwhelmed; I always find ways to build rapport and help people see different opportunities that can serve them with their issues. What helped the most was my ability to excel in exploring the situations that people approached me with, by asking questions, which were so powerful in raising their awareness regarding themselves and the possibilities available for them! This is where I feel the most fulfilled in my life!
My purpose is to create a safe, trusting and inspiring environment for pioneering people to manifest the change and transition they aim for in a fun, easy and powerful way. I want people to feel safe and confident with full acceptance, able to learn and grow by benefiting from all the experiences they have been through, and to move forward to become the best versions of themselves.
During my journey as an instructor, I worked with an amazing group of students. One of them was a very shy and quiet young lady; who used to spend all her free time alone reading and writing in her class or in the library. Knowing how much socialization can benefit her and change her energy; I worked consistently with her every time she is sitting on her own for almost two years, we had some nice talks and special moments, that led to fruitful chats about the importance of spending some time with friends. My goal was to empower her and increase her confidence in her social abilities; I wanted her to feel that she belongs!
After a couple of years, I received a text message from her thanking me for my continuous support, she told me that she still reads and writes, but she is not doing it alone anymore! Moreover, she is spending a lot of time having fun and socializing with friends, and that she loves it! Her words really made my day, and I am forever grateful for being able to impact lives.
Among the values I live by; “trust” and “authenticity” were the keys that enabled me to help & support my student, and many other people.
Those who worked with me know that they can be their true selves when they are with me; they feel safe to express whatever they want, without any judgment. Therefore, when we are together, people don’t feel like they are working, but rather they are just being there and enjoy their authentic selves. The change they attempt comes with ease and flow, because whenever a person is in a place of trust, confidence, connection and joy, everything is possible!
Until I started coaching I helped people using my intuition, emotional intelligence and teaching skills. In becoming a professional coach, my skills in recognizing emotions and thoughts, and how together we can shift those in the most positive way to help you reach your goals were highly elevated.
I worked with leaders, executives and entrepreneurs and empowered them to overcome issues that were keeping them from moving forward, achieve their goals, and thrive. And I am proud of the changes seen in many of those lives!
My knowledge and skills can help many ambitious professionals reach their full potential in life and business and achieve their goals with ease and great confidence.
